Cant turn silent mode off

- Check the handset is not muted (Long press the #

Press Down & hold the "#" key for few seconds. it will do the trick

Change your ringtone
1. In Menu mode, touch Settings → Phone
profiles.
2. Touch Arrow next to the profile you are using.
3. Touch Voice call ringtone or Video call
ringtone.
4. Select a ringtone from the list and touch Save.
5. Touch Save.
