Try winrar rather than winzip, it is more convenient to use and with broader spectrum for archiving/compressing file. Here it is (click here), it's a pdf file zipped inside a Winzip file, you'll need winrar or winzip program to extract the contents (the pdf file). And also, you'll need a pdf reader, like Adobe reader or Foxit Reader to open the file (manual) on your computer.
