Try this:

Turn off the power by using the power
switch, wait at least 30 seconds, and then
turn on the power and wait for the device to
initialize.
If a surge protector is being used, remove
it. Plug the device directly into the wall
socket. Use the power switch to turn the
device on.
Laser scanners are not replaceable.
Replace the engine.

Hp color laserjet 2600n giving "10.0000 suply error"

10.00 error is for the black cartridge. Check the cartridge locker for the black toner cartridge on the right side, is it different from the other? does it moves correctly? check properly. If the locker seems correct, try clean the contacts on toner and opposite HV pins in printer
