Fix this with a new FUSER Assembly for HP Colour Laserjet 2600/n (200/240v) Part Number: RM1-1821-240CN or Fusing Assembly – RM1-1820(110/120v )

10.00 error is for the black cartridge. Check the cartridge locker for the black toner cartridge on the right side, is it different from the other? does it moves correctly? check properly. If the locker seems correct, try clean the contacts on toner and opposite HV pins in printer

Check the level of your toner or TOP errors. If the problem persists, let me know

Delete from the registry and local drive every existance of all printers and then rebooting and resinstalling the printers from scratch
