I have an Intel motherboard E210882 with front audio (2 USB Ports and only 1 Audio Jack (green color). I need the proper wire placement to connect each of the above to the correct pin in the J9C2 Pin Box....

It doesn't matter where USB ports go, they're universal.
Audio ports are usually labeled by color. Plug similarly colored plugs into similarly colored holes. It's possible your laptop might not have all the slots for the box.
