The panel cover on my fisher & paykel nautilus is broken

Please check page 19 of the manual. Not sure if this is what you are asking. You can take both the spray arms out.

F7 means there is a bad communication between the motor and the control board. Make sure none of the wires are broken and if not, then replace your control board in the front face of your dishwasher.

what do you mean buy the door has no tension. looking at the model number it is the two drawer glide systm

F1 code would mean the flood switch is activated.

In Nautilus people have found this to be caused by a faulty door seal.
Water seeps under the diswasher base panel and finally the flood switch (a protection) activates.

The solution is to replace door seal after drying out under the base panel.

remove strainers and clean and try again
