Where is the accsess bottun on IBM thinkpad x22

Computer Drivers
On computer driver, if you lost your cd drive disc or broke the cd you can download them by doing the following steps:

1. Go to your manufactor's website.
2. There should be a search bar on the top of there website.
3. click in the search bar and enter your model number of the
computer or you can enter hardware model.
4. After you hit you come accross to technical support page click on
that.
5. There should be a word pertaining drivers click on that.
6. Finally, click download and download the correct version of driver for
your windows.

SOURCE: my IBM thinkpad X22 says no hard disk is installed

There was an issue with non-IBM hard disks not being recognized by the BIOS but the X22 wasn't on the list of models:

If you are able I would swap in a known good working IDE HDD and see if the bios message changes.
