When Saitek proflght yoke and Saitek X52 Pro are connected to my sony vaio, the laptop will not boot and remains on the black screnn with the windows logo.using win 7 this has happen recently, it was working well days ago.
The x52 drivers are problematic to begin with...
...but sounds like your computer is trying to boot on that device (as a primary/usb/H.D.) you either need to edit your boot options or reset the devices accordingly in your bios...
if your not familiar. . .DONT EVEN BOTHT...cuz you could wind up doing more harm than good ...tampering with your bios is tricky business (that even some of 'US' big boys have fried some processors, boards and even drives...!!! lol) so my honest advice to you if you're uncomfortable and unfamiliar with editing your system files (regedit/sysedit) &/or bios...ask a friend?! best of luck...

This is a know fault on Saitek yokes that is now cured. take it back and explain that it is suffering from "Ghost button pushing" and they should change it for a unit that has been updated. This problem is well documented on the web.

Remove the X52 and drivers from your system. You have to install them in a certain order, so look in the documentation for the correct way to install and you will be okay. Good luck
