Some tablets reboot by holding the start button for about 10 seconds and releasing. Wait another 10 and try turning on as normal. Maybe yours is one of them.
Well there is a few ways to try to fix it first with a usb mouse check that the resolution is at it's native pixel count. This can be found on the manufacture website. If it is already at that resolution ensure that the CIC XPen drivers are installed. Those should have placed a recalibration program in the control panel. If those both fail, try uninstalling the drivers and restarting, then reloading the drivers. Hope this helps! food luck and godspeed!
