Method : Unlock laptop with Windows installation CD
If you have Windows installation CD for your laptop in hand, you can use the CD to reinstall laptop system or reset Windows laptop password for free. You can do as follows: 3-1 Start your laptop from the installation CD, then you'll see the installtion wizard, like the image at the right side. Don't install Windows system in your laptop. 3-2 Press Shift + F10 to run command prompt, then replace utilman.exe with cmd.exe via command. Restart the laptop after exiting the installation disc. 3-3 Last but not the least, click ease icon at the left bottom and command prompt runs. Type net user command net user username new password in the command prompt window to reset laptop password. Unlock with the new password or new administrator at last if you have created with command.
You need to reinstall Windows on your laptop. Use a computer that has a CD drive and copy the Windows installation CD to an USB memory stick. To install Windows plug this memory stick with the Windows installation files into the USB port of your laptop then boot up your laptop and install Windows.

Take one bootable windows cd rom , insert the cd rom in cd rom drive, restart your Laptop , go to bios setup and select boot from cd rom after then save and exit . your Laptop will boot from cd rom . it will take some time , when you will see action prompt , select R ( if your bootable windows cd rom is SP2 ) , select D ( if your bootable windows cd rom is SP3) . if you select R you will be prompt repair consoul , format C:\ then instal windows SP2 . if you select D , you will be prompt delite partition , delite partition C:\ after then select C to creat partition and install windows SP3. either of one windows install like that and problem will be solved. n.b. if you don,t have cd rom drive pls collect USB cd rom drive.

insert a CD/DVD copy of windows into your disk drive, then just follow the online screen guide.
You must first set your bios settings, the first boot should be the CD/DVD rom drive then your hard disk. Re-start your PC and press any key once it show during command prompt display.
