SOURCE: Pansonic DMC-LZ2 - Truns on/off automatically

Hi, I have the same type of camera and I have never had that problem. Perhaps the camera should be first sent back to to the agent to be thoroughly checked to see whether everything functions as intended according to the manufacturer's specifications. I have only used long life batteries as specified, and when the camera is not in use always remove so that any chance of corrosion occurring. Hope this may be of help. My problem is I have misplaced the working manual booklet that comes with each camera when new to show how to use and the various functions to help operate. I wonder whether you could direct me to a site on the internet so I can download and printout. Thanks.

True, the older technology Panasonic cameras don't support the higher capacity cards, in many cases.

How do I remove a front oil seal in a 94 jeep grand cherokee laredo

You'll need to pull the radiator to get it done, then remove the vibration damper. From there, it's pretty straighforward - pry the old seal out carefully, tap the new seal in carefully, reassemble everything.

You'll nearly have to stand on your head to get it done, unless you can get the whole vehicle up on a four-point lift.

I couldn't find any info on sa-pt480 only scpt480. However, setup should be straighforwardly the same.

Generally you have to direct the sound in setup. The manual is here http://www.mito-oem.com/media/pdf/SCPT480.pdf Follow the instructions for setup

How do I get around the error message: Non-system disk or disk error, replace and strike any key when ready". No disk in the CD drive.

What is happening is that your laptop's BIOS is not "seeing" your hard drive, it is set to boot to a USB device and one is plugged in, or it is not seeing the necessary boot files (on any device) in order to boot up. You have one of a couple problems - either your hard drive is failing or you inadvertantly deleted one or more important files needed to boot up. Happens all the time.

In order to fix your laptop, you first need to determine if your hard drive is even being recognized. You need to enter the BIOS setup and see if the hard drive listed and what the boot order is. If you don't know how to enter the BIOS, then you would probably be better served to take it to a qualified technician who can get you going.

If your BIOS does not see your hard drive, then you drive has likely failed and will need to be replaced. If it is listed in BIOS, then you will need to repair the boot files. Depending on which version of Windows you are using, it is pretty straighforward. You simply insert your Windows boot CD-ROM and boot from that disk. Ignore the first "Windows Repair" option and select "Install Windows" (if it is Windows 7 then you will be asked for startup repair, select this.) Windows will then "see" your windows installation on the hard drive and you will be asked if you want to repair it - and yes, you do. After repair, your windows should boot. You may have to reinstall some applications as the registry may or may not be scrubbed. All your data files should be intact.

Remember, always back up your computer!

Can I replace my EGR Valve on my own or should I have it done at a shop

Depends on how mechanical you are. You will have to get at it, unbolt it, clean the gasket surfaces, install new gasket and bolt the thing in. Bust the head off a bolt, and you are in deep poop unless you are good at extractions. Look at a parts store website to see what it looks like, then find it on your engine. If getting to it is fairly straighforward, go for it, on the other hand if you have to pull a bunch of other stuff off just to get started leave it to a pro.

NS-BTHDST NOT WORKING WITH MY LAPTOP ANYMORE

If you are indeed talking about your Insignia bluetooth headset the reason it works with your cellphone is probably because your phone is already bluetooth enabled, but your laptop is not, which is what the usb dongle is for. You must install the drivers for the dongle for it to make your laptop bluetooth enabled. Once you have that working you need to go to Bluetooth places (should be on the desktop once the driver is installed) THEN hold the button on the headset down until the lights flash blue and red alternating. Once it is flashing, click on add new bluetooth device in the Bluetooth Places and it should pick it up. Once that is going everything is pretty straighforward...follow the wizard. Hope this helps!
