When CS3 occurs remove drum unit & fuser unit out safely after disconnecting 3 connectors underside.Dismantle it, remove paper dust & other paper pieces if there and clean the thermistor.Check & replace damaged parts(thermistor,heat roller,bushings,pressure roller,lamp,thermo stats,fingers,drive wheel)make sure thermistor insulator touching the fuser roller firmly.Reverse removing procedure with exact screws & connectors. press menu #9000* 529 set or start for resetting the cs3 error message(this is very important).If not same error will remain & you'll damage pressure roller(orange)& heat roller(black) will be melt bonded by over heating & drive wheels also get defect with strange noise.If your'e not a qualified technician with exact spare parts please do not try to repair it.this unit is getting extremely hot and using dangerous voltage!!! CALL SERVICE 3" means that the temperature of the fuser does not rise up to or exceed a constant temperature.
The temperature is monitored with the thermistor inside the fuser and detected with the voltage input into IC 300-D19

Press Menu first, then #9000*, next press 550, press Start, wait for printing, unplug the electric cord, wait 10s or more, plug it again, it's done.

(NOTE: This procedure will erase all previous memory. So print out your lists etc before beginning.)
Press the MENU button. Enter #9000 from keypad. Then enter *550 from keypad. Then press the START button. Then press the MENU button again.
Now unplug the power cord for at least 10 seconds.
Replug in power and now a page will print out saying "Thank you for purchasing this Panasonic Fax Machine".
