First check the labtec website to see if they have a Windows 7 driver for it.
If not, it might be that Windows 7 supports the webcam directly, but I guess you have tried that.
Last option is to look for a compatible webcam driver for Windows 7 which is not from Labtec. This is possible since Labtec uses third party webcam components. Try using a driver finder application for that.

Uninstall and reinstall the driver for the Labtec webcam 1200 from the CD provided or download the drivers from the following link:
