Hi,the mobile your using do not support mp4 video songs right, then solution is that go to google webpage and search and download the software "Samsung MP4 Converter and add video file then choose the desired format but not MP4 format as it does not support the mobile you stated. My suggestion is to choose the WMV format. Hope it helps.Cheer!!!!!!!!

I Hoped This Helped You, So Just Take It Into Metro And They Should Send You A New Phone Within 4-5 Buisness Days.

Take a backup of your data on the phone to include the contacts mail msgs etc. and then dial *#&7370#. And your phone would be reset to factory defaults.
