How do i get rid off annoying pop ups on my laptop

If u are using chrome then search for adblock extension in chrome store and install it. It will block most of pop ups and ads on chrome and firefox.

It seems to be problem with keyboard.
Some key/s might be pressed all the time.
Go and get them fxed.

GO to controll pannel/all controll pannel items/notification area icon and disable which ever notifiacation you dont need it.

You can avoid this prompt by shutting the service down on startup as follows.

Click Start
Run
type msconfig and then hit enter
on the startup tab, locate HP programs in the list and uncheck them apply changes and restart
upon restarting a prompt will open saying you have made changes
click OK

NOTE: If this is Windows Vista, you will just type msconfig in the Start Search box from the Windows Bubble or Start Menu.

Go online, and type in tech support 46 best free, go to security, once on Gizmo's sight, and you will find a lot of things to help, try malwarebytes, and this should rid you of those annoying pop-ups
