Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Can't get phone to do anything but turn on and shut off

My razr was working just fine the other day I used it all day. But then I decided to turn it off and when I tried to turn in back on it will only display the Hellomoto screen and it shuts off after displaying that screen for 20 seconds or so. Also when I plug in the charger it will not charge at all. So I guess I need to know if it is my phone or the battery or what?

My guess is it is battery
if you can get another battery to test first maybe from a friend then this will let you know one way or the other

Toshiba HD ready TV ct 90158 makes high pitched sound

A high pitch sound can be a capacitor losing power it would sound a bit like a fire work. most have back up on the board but it put more pressure on them the more times you use the tv. would check them and replace. all of them can be 5 in a row in some models.

Razr is fine but then turns off, then when on says "Insert SIM"

It sounds like an issue with the battery. Check to make sure the battery is sitting correctly in the phone and make sure the battery doesn't have any water damage. If both are ok, it sounds like the phone is shorting out so you should take it back to the phone company and show them the problem. They may be able to replace the phone.

Motorola Razr V3

this problem has probably occured due to the phone being knocked. i used to have a motorola l7 slvr and it did exactly the same, i found that if you hit the back of the phone fairly hard the screen would come back on. im not sure if it is the same for the razr but hey its worth a try. ti be honest i think motorola are terrible mobile phone manufacturers but great 2way radio manufacturers

Won't turn on

have you tried a different charger. If you have been using the same one for all the phones and batteries it is probably the problem.
