Is not charging

Well it could be many things like bad outlet to bad charger but my best guess is the medal piece inside your charger is not touching the one in the tablet to charge it. Try replacing your charger if that don't work take it in your tablet to get fixed its most likely the one in the tablet. Thing wear down with use. I should know I just had mine fixed too! Good luck hope I helped.

I recently ask a question how how to do a reset as i am stuck with android on the screen, i tried ur suggestion on power button and sound down button, nothing changed , do u have another suggestion to get...

I had this similar tablet...it quit on me after 2 months. I called the company and they replaced it with a M9200 which would not turn on after 1 month. I found the factory reset button on the back under a small sticker. Plug it into the charger and gently push a sharp toothpick or other sharp non metallic object inthe the small hole until you get resistance. Then gently push 'till you feel a tiny click...this should reset the tablet. Mine crapped out because it is a junk company. There are more complaints on this company than any other I have ever seen. I wised up and bought Google Nexus 7...best 7" tablet made.

My charger plug broke off my charger cord and is stuck in the port of my tablet. How do I fix it myself?

The only way i know of is to take off the back casing and look at where the the charger port is and you might be able to remove it with an object a little bit bigger than the end of the charger. otherwise you cant do it your self withput messing something up on the tablet.

If I am reading you correctly the charger port from the charger has been lodged in the tablet. Get some tweezers and pull it out very very carefully. Hopefully no damage has been done. Buy a new charger afterwards.

The charger is broken and i need another charger also the pieces of the charger is stuck where you are suppose to put the charger

You can charge your tablet through the USB port on your desktop computer. Just plug it in with the USB cable that came with your unit. It's slower charging but who cares?

Those pins are delicate. Be careful when inserting and removing.

The USB is designed to power on first and then the data is transferred.

Forget about taking it to a repair shop. The charges will be more than the tablet is worth and it's not likely they will have the part.

Carefully check to see if there is something stuck in the receiving hole for the charger. It might be just a piece of paper or lint. Pull it out carefully!
