take it to a phone repair shop and have a new scree fitted
while you are there buy a case that is shock proof so it will not crack the new screen

It All Depends On How Bad You Screen Is cracked Up If Its Slightly Cracked You Can Go To A Local Phone Place And Get It Repaird For as Low As 10 bucks Or You Can Go On Ebay And buy an Galaxy S4 Screen And go on Youtube to see How To Replace the screen or you can buy a screen on ebay take it to a local phone repair and since you already bought the screen they could do it as low for 5bucks because you already have the screen

have you dropped it at all if so then it is an lcd screen error saying it may be cracked
