Question about HP LaserJet 4350 Printer
I have the 68.0 error and have tried cold restart and restarting while holding menu, restarting while holding cancel, and restarting while holding stop. Only the cold restart worked. Also, on my Mac the printer has an error message "OPC at end-of-life."
SOURCE: hp printer will not effectively cancel print
Solution by www.freaksmania.org,
We cannot turn off HP printers when the printing job is going on or it
runs out of paper,Paper Jam or Cartridge runs out of Ink or any other
reason,ie power failure.
To Cancel printing easily,
1)First plug out the Power Cable(the System tray icon will now disappear).
2)Plug out the USB Data Cable
3)Reconnect the power Cable and turn the printer on.
4)Turn the printer off again and Connect the USB Data Cable.
5)Turn on and then your existing printing Job will be Cancelled.

SOURCE: Permanent Storage Write fail
Hello,
It appears that there is a problem with either the internal hardrive if you have this option installed, or the removeable Jet direct card if you have one installed, thirdly, it could be bad memory or the main board.
Go to HP's website and perform a firmware upgrade for your model if there is one.
I would first remove any add on option like networkcard, memory .... then turn the machine back on and see if the error goes away. You can also go through the menu and perform a fatory reset, this however in the process loose your IP address.
Onece you have aliminated the options I would move onto the main board or FIRMWARE

1. Turn off the all-in-one.
2. Press and hold down the * and buttons.
3. Continue to hold down the buttons while you turn on the all-in-one. Hold the buttons throughout
the entire power-on sequence.
4. When Permanent Storage Init. appears on the control-panel display, release the buttons.
5. Allow the all-in-one to return to Ready before using it.
After following these steps the printer should ask for language when it restarts. Keep in mind you will lose all other settings you may have put in.
