I have a Bosch Nexxt 700 Series Washing Machine. We have been emptying our washer by shop vac for a couple months now. Nothing in the pump. Once through the wash cycle it will try to drain and then flash drainage blocked. We vacumme out the water and set it to spin cycle. Once most of the water is out it will finish the spin and drain cycle by itself. Next we reset the 'wash' cycle to use as a rinse cycle and then repeat the process to finish the load. Could it be a computer chip in the board gone bad? Sure wish it would be an easy fix and we could get up off of the floor! :)

Is the pump pumping? Have you cleaned all the drain lines including the discharge hose? You may have nothing in the pump but it could be blocked somewhere else.

Testimonial: "I don't believe that the drain lines and discharge hose are blocked since when most of the water is removed from the washer it will spin and the water will drain. However, I did run water backwards through the lines and they weren't blocked. I have held the hose in my hand and watched water draining from it."

I get an E 13 message. I've detached the drain hose but it was clear. Can't open door or try running any other program. I have a small rug in the washer and I fear it's the cause of the trouble. Please...

To remove the drain pump access cover, insert a pointed object (or tool) into the hole, push in to release the latch and rotate the cover clockwise.

If you have a wet dry shop vac attach it to the end of the drain hose to remove any water.

Then remove the drain pump plug and clear out the area keep the shop vac handy as water will still come out of the plug.

Once this is clear you machine will start.

There is also a white plastic zip tie like cord you can pull in order to open the door

Bosch Nexxt 800 series. We have continued problems with the message "suds or blocked pump" we use HE detergent.. what else?  I have drained it once.. it seems that it continues to not pump out the...

Hello, let the machine rest for a while so suds can disappear then unplug the unit for 1 min then plug it back in it should drain by its self if not do not select wash cycle but a spin/drain then you should hear the pump running, if you don't hear the pump running you can get a wet/dry vac stick on the drain hose and empty the washer, that way if water does not come out you have to access the pump and pinch off the drain hose from the tub and remove the object from the pump, be careful that you don't have a mess with water leaking from the tub good luck.

Thanks

Bosch Nexxt 100 series front load washer

You first of all need to check the pump filter.
This should be located at the botom front right of washer.
Look for a drop down flap or cover, once located, unscrew filter anti-clockwise to remove and clean.

The pump itself is directly behind the filter housing, check there is nothing stuck in the housing.
This should solve the prob.
Please leave feedback for my solution.
Thankyou.

Not draining

Clean out the lint draw and then run vinegar through a cycle.
If this doen't work try CLR. or/and put the drain hose to the lowest level and then put a flexible clear tube down to unblock it.
Use less detergent in the machine. I make my own detergent and I don't have any problems as one of the ingredients in it help keep all lines clear.
If that doesn't solve the problem contact Bosch directly.
