Is the pump pumping? Have you cleaned all the drain lines including the discharge hose? You may have nothing in the pump but it could be blocked somewhere else.
Testimonial: "I don't believe that the drain lines and discharge hose are blocked since when most of the water is removed from the washer it will spin and the water will drain. However, I did run water backwards through the lines and they weren't blocked. I have held the hose in my hand and watched water draining from it."
To remove the drain pump access cover, insert a pointed object (or tool) into the hole, push in to release the latch and rotate the cover clockwise.
If you have a wet dry shop vac attach it to the end of the drain hose to remove any water.
Then remove the drain pump plug and clear out the area keep the shop vac handy as water will still come out of the plug.
Once this is clear you machine will start.
There is also a white plastic zip tie like cord you can pull in order to open the door
