My netflix is running slow..the sound and picture don't sync up what causes this?

When I watch a show on netflix, it starts out with the sound and picture in sync, then the sound runs ahead of the picture and the picture goes into slow motion what is causing this?

The problem is that your internet speed is not fast enough from your provider. Call the provider and see if you can move up to faster speed and that will help your problem

It's likely to be some kind of setting issue. Check the Netflix options for sound, make certain it allows Dolby sound. If the Netflix is connected in the TV then again check the settings on that.

Is the speed of your internet connection appropriate? If it is low, that will cause the problems you are describing.

I would say this has more to do with your internet rather than Netflix. It sounds like your internet speed is too slow or others are using the service in the house at the same time using too much bandwidth.

Your internet is too slow. If the component is wireless, consider wiring the internet cable to it. If this is a tv cable issue then maybe you have too many splitters and bad connections. Never use any more than 2 splitters in a row.

I have a HT-C6600 samsung home theatre and while I watch Netflix a error message comes on and says I have a slow internet connection and will cause pauses in the movies I watch. How can I fix this issue

If you have it running off of a wireless connection, try plugging it in with an ethernet cable. Also to improve connection make sure no one else using your internet connection is using it while you are watching netflix.
