you need to change the paper size or font size in the software that creates the printout. if you can, do a print preview before you print to see if its going to try and print to one page
contact the developer or programmer of invoicing system. i believed the problem is in hard code in which your newly installed HP printer not supported with the invoicing system application.
Go 'Lists' and then open 'Templates', double click on the product invoice and make sure the invoice is 'Active'. Qbooks saves printer settings for each feature, regardless of which is set as 'default' in Windows...be sure you have the correct printer selected. If the above are set correctly, go to HP's website and download the latest driver for your printer.
Sounds as if the format is wrong. You must set the paper format in the PC wordprocessor or invoicing software to the same size as the actual paper size of the invoice.

It sounds like it needs to be re gapped. Try this: 1. Make sure that printer power is off. 2. Press and hold the feed button. 3. Turn printer power on. 4. When the status light blinks, release the feed button. 5. The printer advances the media to measure and verify the length of individual labels or tags. The printer then prints a status summary and remains in diagnostic dump mode. 6. To begin normal operation, tap the feed button. The printer prints "out of DUMP" and advances a label.
