Try this...
Turn the key to the 'on' position.

Press the trip button meter until it displays the "Trip A" odometer.

Turn they key to the off position.

Then while holding the trip meter down, turn the key to the 'on' position. 4 blinking dashes will display and they will count down.

When the last dash disappears 000000 is displayed to indicate the maintenance counter has been reset.

Press [FM MODE/REPEAT] on the remote
control before or during play.
The player will play all the tracks or all the
programmed tracks repeatedly. " " appears
on the display.
To cancel repeat play, press [FM MODE/

Some VFR's had a problem with the printed circuit board behind the clocks. A track or two could corrode away giving all kinds of electrical faults. If you can remove the dash unit you may be able to see any lost tracks and repair them by soldering in a bit of wire.

Reload the songs, or buy an audio editing program

um try to check ur memory card.. coz every mp3 u save goes to the mem card.. ^_^

You need to run chkdsk on the player. Plug it into your computer using the usb cord. Go to Start, Run, and type in chkdsk f: (or whatever drive your ilo shows up as). You'll get an option to repair the corrupted files. This worked for my ilo which had the same problem.
