Dear sir

there is no solution for this problem due to dropping item your display cathode point is damaged u need to repalce the whole display form the company service center

I accidentally dropped the phone since then the 'vertical hold' has produced a dark line across the screen, seems to be showing half of two screens with the time showing above the line and the rest below....

You need to get the LCD of your phone replaced. Go to your nearest Cell Phone Center and ask them to replace your Damaged LCD with a new one!

Are you able to test this monitor on another pc? This will allow us to eliminate or identify as problem with the graphics card. With the monitor itself, these lines could indicate screen damage - has the screen been dropped or accidentally hit with a pen etc.. ?
