Hai.. My Galaxy pocket suddenly hanging while open any app.Later when switch off n turn on its working...
So,what are method to solve it.Can i change it....!

did u ever had to turn the power on again of this phone? I mean does it also shuts off completely by itself ?
If it does , I would recommend u to get a new battery in see what happens?

Since u have a new updated firmware in it, I will still recommend u to give this phone a hard reset couple of time and also try to restore factory settings again.

second for your ram you can increase them as much as you want so you can reach your limit to 4GB RAM

Hi This is due to Strip Problem...If the Strip life expires it will create issues like Display goes White and it turns Off itself...It may show Lines on the screen..Keys may not work proper. Its completely Hardware issue. you have to change Strip of the Cellphone.

the phone needs to be flash to correct this issue, take the phone to a mobile store to have this done.

the firmware needs to be flash on the phone to correct this issue....take the card and have it formatted.....
