To walk you through I'd need to know the OS you are running, but the generic answer is that you need to go into the print driver, and in the Printer Properties, under the ports tab , select the USB002 port rather than the DOT4 port and Apply the changes.

Press the setup button, scroll down to print reports, and print the self test print, it has the print count as well as the serial number other printer data.

I think ur catridge must be empty plz fill ur catridge and then check

CONNECT THE ETHERNET CABLE FROM THE ROUTER TO THE BACK OF THE PRINTER.

INSTALL THE PRINTER
SELECT WIRED CONNECTION
AND INSTALL
IT WILL PRINT.

You must have the Mirror image option turned on.

Open a document and select File>Print.

When the Print window opens, select the "Preferences" or "Properties". button.

Click on the Advanced tab. Look for the Mirror Image option. If it says "On", click on it and you will get a drop down menu to change it to "Off".

(BTW, the Mirror Image is used for printing iron-on transfers.)
