This can be from your main board or your power supply unit. To test which one is bad simply try putting your volume up or down while the TV is on. If the volume changes it is most likely your power supply unit, If nothing happens then it is most likely your main unit. Both are available here: 1LG4B10Y11900 Z7GB Sanyo Power Supply Unit for DP58D33 1LG4B10Y117000 Z7GB Sanyo Main Board for DP58D33
If this is a standard CRT TV. The problem may be minor. You will have resolder the horizontal transformer (not the flyback transformer, although you may resolder this as well). You will also need to resolder the vertical IC. Do not over solder as to short pins here. And, if I remember from these older Sanyos...there may be a standing resistor or two (2 watts I think). This resistor needs resoldered. In any case inspect the board for any bad solder grounds. These will include the cracked rings on all transistors, capacitors, ICs etc. Also resolder the small board attached to the CRT. Becareful when you pull out the board to rework it. You must discharge the picture tube. See discharging picture tube on "You Tube". Thanks for asking me. Matt of Martins TV Repair.
My mistake. This is flat screen LCD. Parts Runner is correct. Sometimes the inverter board is self powered and needs replaced. In this case I think the power supply proveds all the voltage to the screen. I saw the board Parts Runner is telling you about. The high voltage inverters are in the power supply. Yes, Parts runner is correct. Thanks for listening...again. Matt of Martins TV.
It is the power supply, You have sound...Main board is good.
