I finally got it to work but I had to change the inverter setting on the copier to offset stacking. After that, I had to change the copy settings on the copier to tell it to use the finisher and I had to go into the printer driver on each PC and tell it to use the finisher as well. Without doing this everything came out into the center tray, which made the stapler and other features of the finisher unavailable.

Where is the serial number located on the work centre pro 123

Lower the Bypass Tray located on the left side of the machine. Open the top, left cover. Push up on the unlock lever, located on the top of the cover, to access the inside of the machine.
The serial number is located on a colored sticker on the inside back frame of the machine.

I need to print standard size 10 envelopes. Where/How do I load them? WorkCentre7335

Some setup will be necessary both on the WorkCenter and in your software. I will describe these steps and leave you with a link to Xerox to check as a reference:

On the WorkCenter 7335

1) In the Bypass tray, load the std. 10 envelopes width-wise with the side to be printed down, flaps tucked in and with flaps entering the printer first. Slide the guide to just touch the edges.

2) Touch <Change Settings> on the WC 7335 screen

3) Select "Envelope" from the "Paper Type" list

4) Select "No. 10 Env" from the "Paper Size" list

5) Select "Save"

6) Select "Confirm"

In your software:

As you did not specify your software, it is important to note that whatever application you are using, the following settings must agree with the steps above:

1) Feed method = Face down, Clockwise rotation

2) Feed from = Bypass

These options may be chosen in different ways depending on your software program.

You may review these setup steps for Word here:

I have Xerox workcentre pro 128 copier machine. can you solve my problem? when i copy before appear this Error code 123-396.

That is a software related error, You most likely need to reload the firmware, or replace the hard drive.
You can try disconnecting all the document feed and scanner cables then reseating them. Other than that, your looking at a software issue.
