If you go into the program and go into setting there should be something that says "run at startup" or "auto run" if that doesnt solve it I suggest downloading autoruns. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx You simply open it then you click on the area that says "startup" and uncheck shockwave. If you don't actually use shockwave go into the control panel and add/remove programs and uninstall it.
