Unfortunately Norton AV 2005 is no longer supported. You will need to upgrade to a newer version. However to do so, you will need to run the Norton Removal Tool, which can be downloaded from HERE
Once you remove the previous software with the Removal Tool, you should be able to download and install a newer version. (Provided of course, you pay for the subscription and get a new activation key.)
