I'm trying to put my favorite in my media player

this is for the manufacturer and it seems to contradict itself a little it says a recgargeable battery then at the end it says it isn't hope it helps

you plug the USB data cable in to the player and your computer, then copy music to the "MUSIC" folder on the player from your computer or set the PMP283C-4 music folder as the RIP destination in your favorite CD Ripper/Media Player application.

For using video on the MP815, use Coby Media Manager for conversion and transfer onto the player.
Coby Media Manager can be installed from the CD that came with the
player.
When not having the CD: get a download of the manager from next page, matching the computer's Operating System (Windows or MAC):

In Coby Media Manager, in the page top select Tools > Device Manager..
Select the MP815 from the Devices list (click on MP815)
Add >> (MP815 as Favorite device)
OK
Next to the Tools selection, there's a Help menu for how to use the Manager.

no. unless your player has the feature of a favorites folder then you cannot move the songs.
