MAILBOX FULL, CALLPILOT 100

AT WORK WE HAVE CALL PILOT 100 AND EVERY TIME I TRY TO TRANSFER A CALL TO VOICEMAIL, IT SAYS THAT THERE IS NO SPACE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. THE MAIL BOXES ARE NOT FULL THOLUGH. I NEED TO RESET THEM. HOW CAN I DO THIS? OUR I.T. GUY PASSED AWAY AND THIS IS URGENT. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!

You need to export the CallPilot Manager output to a spreadsheet and look at the minutes used column vs. the mailbox size column. You can setup a function for a new column, that looks at the exiting columns to determine if the mail box is full.

The norstar extension may be setup up for Call Fwd to voicemail, or call fwd/busy. Also, Custom Call Routing may be setup to send the caller directly to the mailbox.

To take the message from the outside,you have to press **,the system disconect you in place to ask for your mailbox # and password.

Are you calling from a cellphone? Not all cellphones send long enough touchtones for voicemail systems to recognize. Try calling in from a landline to test. Check cellphone user guide for info on increasing touchtone length of time.

If the mailbox is made, you need to check the programming under sets, FWD no answer, that needs to forward to the extension on the voicemail.

Our call pilot seizes a line and won't let us use that particular line. it says extension 254 in use. we use the callpilot in voicemail mode. and the problem is occuring in a lot of our systems.

Are you sure the callpilot is seizing the line? Press "Feature 985" to display the voicemail extension - if it says 254 then you are correct.
Possible scenarios include: Off-Premise Message Notification; Outbound Transfer; Call Recording; etc. Check with users for these conditions.

Norstar CallPilot 100: need to change the time within the system to reflect daylight savings time

the time change goes off the system time to change system time press feature **7463 enter the admin password then press change and enter new time
