all samsung remotes work for each other only diffrence some keys on remote may not there but for menu and vol channel all function works once its a tv remote

My guess is that if it was working fine before and now it's not, some interference may have occured so the remote isn't in sync with the devices (for example, someone walked between the remote and the TV so the step is out of sync. To fix the problem, use the help feature on your Harmony One.

On the remote, press the 1. Help button.
Answer the questions on the Harmony One's screen by selecting 2. Yes or No.
Based on your answers, the Harmony One re-sends the necessary commands to synchronize with your devices.
When you're done with this process, the Harmony One will be "in sync" with your devices.

If this doesn't work, I would reconnect your Harmony one to your PC and start from scratch programming it again.

u need to press both not at the same exact time but in the same few second , this is the only way to do it

1. Press tv on your Sky remote control.

2. Press and hold down select and the red button together until the red light at the top of your Sky remote control flashes twice.

3. Press tv again

Then enter the remote control code using the number keypad. The red light will flash twice if a valid code has been entered.

4. Point your Sky remote control at your TV and press the Power button. If this turns the off as you'd expect, then the tv should be set, press Select and the remote should work

5. If the TV does not turn off press tv, then press the Power button again, repeat this process until the TV turns off, when the TV turns off press Select.
