You can try removing the pairing information if your Bluetooth from your phone and then re-adding and pairing the device (to get those steps please look at your Phone's User Manual). If the issue persists please get in touch with our support team, you can do it at this link:

have you tried charging ur h12 headset until its full? if so then the internal battery inside the headset is probably getting old or dying out, suggest you bring it to ur nearest local Motorola store for details on repairing the headset.
here is how:
1.) press your home screen button at the bottom of your iphone
2.) open settings
3.) go into your general settings (same gear picture as home page)
4.) touch to open bluetooth
5.) turn on your H12 headset and place close to your iphone
6.) turn on bluethooth on iphone and it will automatically find the headset
7.) touch the motorola H12 button and it will enable the connection
I successfully paired my bluetooth by going into the connection phase, just using my common sense on what to do next once I turned the bluetooth on. Since it was not paired to anything, it automatically went into pairing mode. Thanks anyway!
