Verizon Wireless ear piece trying to connect to LG shine At&t

I want to connect the bluetooth to my phone but the passcode for the device pops up and I don't have it. Is this something that I can get so I can connect it to my new phone? the device is a verizon Wireless Plantronics Model :350 C:457A - 320 PB 805 FCC:IDAL8- 320 this was infromation on the back if you need it. Is the passcode different for all devices?

Set up bluetooth devise
Go to the setting menu of your phone, select connectivity to choose bluetooth, Select Paired devices but make sure your ear piece device is power on, that is the bluetooth it on, search for it, then paired your phone with it. that is all.

all you gotta do is disconnect the device in the bluetooth menu and reconnect that way the lg shine will recognize the right ear piece. at&t wouldnt release a product if it didnt work. the only problem is that at&t didnt say it in there instruction booklet
