Plug the camera into your computer. Locate the file and just drag it into Photoshop.

You will first need to transfer your photos from your camera onto your computer. Once you do that, you can easily import images into Photoshop using File>Open, or better yet, using Adobe Bridge, a file management tool, which often comes free with Photoshop.

images can be opened in Photoshop in several ways. Refer to Adobe's help files at http://helpx.adobe.com/en/photoshop/using/creating-opening-importing-images.html

The camera works i can veiw photos i have taken but the screen goes black when i switch it to take photos ... it dont even take pictures when the screen is black

There'a a problem with with the lens or CCD (the picture sensor). Take the camera in to a camera repair shop and get an estimate first before getting it fixed, as the cost of repair often exceeds the cost of a new camera.
Good luck and hope this helps.

Is there a setting to display a date stamp on the pictures?

The date is held in the EXIF data in the photo file, you can view that on your PC. Some shop photo kiosks let you print this on the photo. As far as I am aware there is no setting in the camera to get the date to print on the photo like 35mm cameras often did.

I cant get my pictures off the camara.

I would take the memory card out of the camera and plug it into your computer and see if you can download them to your pc without using the camera at all... If the pix are really important take the sd card to a photo shop and have them burn the photos to a cd... hope this helps

No image shown

If you took the pictures, and stored them on the camera's internal memory, then put in a memory card, it will read from the card and you wont be able to see the photos that are actually stuck on the camera. Try removing the SD card, then check for your photos.

Conversely, if you took the photos when the card was in, and then removed the card, the photos wont be stored on the camera, so you should look for the card.

Printing pictures from Casio Exilim

To remove the date/time stamp from your photos, you will have to either crop (cut) it out or use a Photo editing program to remove the date. Good photo editing programs are Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro amoung others.

Blackout pictures with my Cannon eos rebel xt

Remove the lens, clean it and then reattach it ensuring it is on correctly. If problem persists, bring camera and lens to a Ritz Camera, camera shop or better yet a canon certified repair shop and have them look at it. Good luck.

Pictures

I think it's one or the other because the camera doesn't know what you want to color and what you don't want to color. Thats something more for Photoshop to do.
