Samsung scx 4321 ns printer printing very small letters. it is not printing on full page. it is printing the whole text on half page.

We had the same problem with our SCX but we replaced the Part #: SCX-4521D3 toner/drum and it worked fine after that. We replaced the starter cartridge with a 3000 print capacity cartridge.

I have a broad band of empty space when the printer prints black text, but prints color pages without any problem
I spent more than $120.00 to change all the toner cartridges, but the problem remains.
By the way, there seems to be no good method of finding if the toner is low or absent, whichis a big drawback of this printer. Will never buy Samsung printer again!
Will appreciate a solution to my problem.
