I want to blug my cell phone on my computer, I have the plug connection but not the CD ...my computer can't found any programm to help me.... please If you have solution tels me

First, ensure that the USB cable is properly plugged into the phone and the computer, and ensuring the USB cable is not defective. NOTE. The phone must be plugged into the computer after it has powered up and all systems running. If your system still do not recognise the phone, you may have to download the phones' software from the internet.
take the phone to the shop you bought it from and ask for them to fix it. it may come under warenty if it were acsedental, depends weather the pictures were saved to your sim or phone, either way if your phone came with a USB cord you can plug it into your computer and follow the prompts to save them on your computer and once you have done that you can save your pictures to a USB thumb drive and take them everywere you go, and after that if you ever get a new phone you can blug your phone into the computer were the pictures are saved and put your old photos on your new phone (
When connected to the PC it should be recognize as Mass Storage Device, if it doesn't, with the phone plug in, restart your computer. Make sure you have the memory card inserted in the phone.
Once is recognize as new hardware found, the phone should prompt you for mass storage device, picture bridge, or comport.
u have a drvier cd with phone give u when u perchase that phone and when u connect your phone to pc it's show SamsungD900i found then u give path from yr drvier cd it's depend whitch OS u company give all most OS drvier built in CD u have to install software first which also located in CD then connect yr phone to pc as my sujjaction first install full softwre and drvier after connect yr phone to yr Pc and if u allready connect yr phone just plug out then install software and drviers after finesh installaction restart pc then connect yr Phone to OTHER USB prort. it's help u..:)

Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall
the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you
to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.

Okayy,to connect this phone to the computer you will need 'mobile phone tools'. It would be on a cd disc.Seeing as you didnt recieve anything like this with the phone,I would suggest googling it and seeing if you can download the programme to your laptop.If not you cant connect your phone to the laptop unless you have a bluetooth enabled laptop in which case they can connect to each other wirelessly.
