Theres many places that i have found that provide the screwdriver to open the jura. before you could only buy them in a single with either a t handle or key chain loop. those are made from aluminum and last for about opening 3 screws and then they break. recently i have seen that single screwdriver is now made from crv steel. normally you will need 3 screwdriver trox oval and philips. they be purchased on ebay or amazon. you can get them in a set also just search for newelectronx 102. that is a screwdriver set that includes the oval phillips and trox. which is basically everything you'll need.

Hi,
This error is due to the coffee sludge built up in the system and needs you open the machine and clean it.
Note - Capresso recommends that you unplug the unit, wait a minute, and then
plug in and turn on. Try twice if the first time doesn't work. If you
still have a problem, call Capresso, and if your machine is under
warranty they will repair it for you free of charge and even pay
shipping both ways.
