Hello, I thought I would help you at. I know you said your tank leaks. Problem Is i do not know if at my end it leaks because a hole in the tank or it is clogged and over flowing, A lot of times when a machine leaks, is because it backs up like a sewer system when it is clogged, meaning machine might just needs to be cleaned and descaled. They call it "Vacation Switch"

I work on commercial equipment (including BUNN), and they don't use any names like this one in the commercial line.

Which grommet, there are several on the bunn models, but the most commonly replaced one is the one for the P. stat. Remove the top panel there are 2 screws one in front and one in back, then lift the top 2 burners off machine that will give you access to the tank.

try cleaning with white vinegar(50/50 with water)may have calcium deposits supposed to clean once a month-let it soak overnight use coofee filter to catch deposits run numerous times then throughly rinse with water!!! :)
