This going to take a while, open both front doors do not pull out the lower section your going to pull out the upper middle section. then from the right side (WHAT EVER YOU DO NOT LEAN / HOLD ANY ONE OF THOSE FOUR SHAFTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT WILL CAUSE MAJOR TROUBLE!!!!!!!!!!! ) Now reach in and you will see a small assy. which is across from the transfer belt on the other side of the unit you just pulled out. On the assy. are three sensors each covered bye a metal cover with a dry rag ensure no static electric can destroy the sensors. clean all three, be careful each has a small spring do not let them fall inside the machine. If you want to or have to remove that assy. there are two screws and once connector all the way in the back (DO NOT LEAN ON THOSE SHAFTS!!!!!!!!!!!) dont let the screws drop!. Once done remove the transfer belt, and clean the transfer belt cleaning blade system, then run gamma, and color checks in 36 mode. GOT IT! Better have a tech come out.
