How come my Nokia 7610 cant send anymore txts and cant recieve any either?? it also cant accept any calls.. and also my phone battery gets drained so easily

Hi!... If the phone has signal an then you can't send and recieve text try to goto> Message> Message settings> Message Center Number or Center number , then compare it with another user with the same network if its the same or else copy his/her Msg Center Number if he' she is able text... And for your battery problem, how long are you using the battery?... If you always leave it overnight charging so it might be damaged or leak,... Try to buy a new battery...

Hello - let's try and help. The N70 did have a software problem about 2 yrs ago that can be fixed.
The problem will shut down the phone while making calls.

My phone keeps calling random ppl from my contacts, it cuts calls off by calling the person im speaking to, sends blank txts then locks the keyoard so i cant type txts, voice command starts by itself then...
You could try backing everything up and doing a master reset, but back everything up first (its so important I said it twice). to do master reset just dial *#7370# and accept. after the master reset you can restore your files by restoring it from the back up.

To activate GPRS please call your service provider.They will send you the GPRS setting.After you recieve please save the settings to your phone and make it as default setting.

Sure !!.Check the service center number.(you can find it on the message settings area).If you already know the number,enter it.Otherwise contact custommercare and ask for the message center number.Save it and you're done

You can not send messages because the message centre number stored in your mobile may be wrong.

Please enter the correct message centre number.To get the correct message centre number please call your service provider and they will provide you the number.

Menu > Messaging >Options >Settings > Text message >Message centres

Title. i cant open my sms
Not enough memory means your phone is too full of data IE. Pics, Themes, Contacts, Applications, Games, Old leftover files from sending via Bluetooth etc...
Do a clean up job. Get rid of all the trash.
The phone needs a certain amount of memory to function.
