Cracked the screen and cant pull the ring to open up the phone

Replace cracked screen!

Take the back cover off & pull the battery out, normally you shouldn't do this but since you already cracked the screen well i don't think it'll matter much. This process doesn't harm it but can be dangerous if done frequently.

it probably isnot a virus,the flex cable is probably cracked where it goes threw the hinge

The I9 has a defect. The outer screen, which is glued, does not allow for expansion. My screen cracked after only a week of light use. My phone was NEVER DROPPED, and developed a small crack near the edge. Within two hours, the crack expanded to the other side of the screen. The phone i have was manufactured in the same month I got it. Motorola has some issues with their warranty system, and it only works sporatically. This phone will most likely be recalled.

The speaker and or audio circuity of your phone is damaged and it barely held till you got your display replaced. Now take the phone to service center , and get it checked and rectified

Same Here! I can text and the phone will ring but I can't hear, nor can the other person hear me.

probably the answer botton of your phone doesnt work anymore...

first reason is the contacts get dirty inside or get corroded due to perspiration or it get wet... another reason is it loss its connections...

if you can open your fone try cleaning the keypad mat or have it repair by technicians if you cant open it...

without the screen you wont know if the phone is locked or not make sure the phone is switched on then try ringing it from a nother phone if it rings you will need to replace the screen these can be easily brought from most smaller phone shops and they will fit it for you if it dont ring the the board is probably warped if this is the case im sorry to say that you will need to replace the whole handset try ringing your no first then try answering the phone if you can do this then replace the screen if not it is not woth bothering with as it would cost to much to replace the board hope this is some help to you..................
