I plugged my V3XX into the charger and when I unplugged it later it would not power on. The keypad would light up momentarily then nothing. Any suggestions??
My Razr V3 has had intermittent weak, crackly connections for several days. Then 2 nights ago it would not power on. The screen intially was all white, then switched to just black. Today I discovered that the phone actually is booting up (I made 1 call to "last number dialed") but failed after 1 min.
We have tried different batteries, different chargers, different sim cards with same result. The battery works fine in another V3, as does the SIM. Is there any way to fix this - even temporarily- so I can get my address book entries out of it? My Razr V3 has had intermittent weak, crackly connections for several days. 2 things
Can either be that your battery has died or your charger did not charge properly.
If possible try another charger if this doesn't work then a different battery if you still have the same response with both options then it is a phone fault and a tech may need to look at it

This is a common glich with razr models, if you have insurance request a new phone. It is not the battery or charger it is a malfunction in the power port on phone. Not repairable
well, there is no much to do in there, either the charger, the battery , or the phone is dead.
Try removing battery from inside and then put everything back, and try restarting it again, after charging for ten minutes.
If it still does not work, and the phone is new, call the number on the phone booklet, and ask if you can take your new phone to an authorized shop for a checkup, if it is a faulty charger or battery, they usually replace them on the spot.
First check your battery is it working or not... I have seen many peoples battery bulging... Check it with your tongue by keeping the terminals on it...
If the battery is good then there might be a problem in motherboard or there might be crash of your mobile software... If this is the reason go to the store where you have purchased the mobile and tell him the problem... He should repair it for free since it is the new one.. Try it...
Have you tried replacing the battery? Also try this first - remov battery and SIM card. Wait 1 minute. Replace battery and SIM and power on. See if that helps.
If problem persists, you may have to repair the phone.
When these phones get wet, there is perminent damage. The fix is to swap out the circuit boards that become damaged. It is cheaper to buy a new phone rather than fix it.
