Konica minolta color stabilizer is not working

I believe that machine uses the same print controller as the Bizhub C350. You will have to verify this - it's an optional unit attached to the rear of the machine. It will be where your network wire plugs in. It "should" be a IC-401 model print controller. That's the driver you need from Konica.

Open the top cover. Remove the drum (part with long green handle). Below the drum you will see a strip of glass about 4-5 inches long. Take a cloth and wipe across the glass.

This will normally clear up any white lines in your print.

This happened to me one time after I pulled out a jammed paper the wrong way. I pulled it from the paper tray. Heard the sounds, it tried to grab the paper, but couldn't. It happened a long time ago, so I'm fuzzy on which part I tinkered with...but I recall that because I pulled the paper (backwards) from the tray, it flipped a lever/feeder/roller/thing and that 's why it wasn't grabbing the paper. If you look in the paper tray as the rollers go down to grab the paper, you'll see what's not working......sorry, lame solution.

You need a new touch screen panel or I/O cable, they are fairly expensive if you don't have a service contract with your Office Printer supplier. Recently just replaced one a few months ago.
