Try taking the phone battery out of the phone,then leave the phone for 15 minutes replace battery and plug inlead for charging don't turn on the phone but charge the phone for a couple of hours then turn on and see if it has been fixed.

Plug the thing in and give it a good charge overnight. Still nothing? Put in a new battery and give it a full charge overnight. You can get new batteries from your service provider or on e-bay for cheap.
Still nothing? The unit is probably damaged from water or dropping it. Take it back to the shop for service or exchange the phone out for a replacement or different phone.
