LOST INSTALLATION DISC DX4400

You can download the installation driver and software from manufacturer's support website by clicking this link

On the page which opens, select the operating system of your computer (Windows Xp/ Vista..) from the drop-down menu. Then download the required drivers and software.

The list of available drivers will load only after selecting the operating system of the computer.

try to reinstall the driver properly and try it again. Sometimes the installation of program is cause of those problem.
