Site Instructions:

  1. Please note the list of automobile manufacturers at the left edge of the screen. The currently selected ODB code is for the Volvo family of autos. The codes for any particular vehicle make and model will be found under the manufacturer family, i.e. Dodge and Plymouth are part of the Chrysler family of cars and trucks.
  2. Also notice that just to the right of the manufacturer family list is a short group of OBD II codes. The highlighted Volvo OBDII code P1358 in this list is the currently selected code, and the information on this page pertains to fault code P1358. The other codes in the list above and below this code are OBD2 codes some of which may be related to the current trouble code and can be navigated to directly.
  3. Need to look up additional OBD II Trouble Codes, use the search box. Enter the 5 character fault codes in the search box and submit the search. You can repeat the search as many times as you need, one diagnostics code per search.
  4. Don't assume a particular OBD2 code means the same for other auto manufacturers as there are many manufacturer specific codes in use.
  5. If your fault codes are for a different auto family, select that vehicle series before searching for the diagnostics codes because not all OBD2 codes used by one manufacture are used by the other manufactures. The search only looks at OBD codes valid for the currently selected manufacturer family.
  6. If your automotive family is grayed out, the current OBD code, P1358, is not among those used by the current manufacturer. You can click un-gray at the bottom of the auto family list and then select the manufacturer for your vehicle before searching for your trouble codes.

PROSCAN MANUFACTURERS CODE

There isn't a "Manufacturer's code"

Each maker of universal programmable remotes has their own set of numbers for the various codes. Procsan might be 123 in URCs code list, but cold be 987654 in Memorex.

You need to start with the make and model of universal remote that you are using. Then find the code that that brand (the remote maker) uses for the make of TV that you have.

Code 1633 keep alive power voltage too low

It would sure be nice to know what kind of vehicle you are talking about because that is NOT a standard OBD-2 fault code. If you got that code with an OBD code reader, you did not post the entire code....It should be "P1633" or "B1633" or "C1633". Also, in any of these cases, any code with "P1xxx" or "B1xxx" or "C1xxx" would be a MANUFACTURER SPECIFIC code that is not listed as a standard (generic) Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) by SAE J2012. These codes can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and from one car line to another within the same manufacturer.

With all that said, from the description you have given, it sounds like the type of code that would set as the result of a very weak or dead battery or poor battery cable connections.

Tasco exp when you adjust the power up and down the crosshairs turn to does this scope have a lifetime warranty, where do u send it to get it replaced.

If you have a Tasco product that requires service or repair,

  1. First determine if your product was manufactured before or after 9/1/02. Tasco products manufactured before this date did not have a code for the year of manufacture. Tasco products manufactured after 9/1/02 will have this code (See Diagram 1 for help with determining this).

The Tasco brand was purchased by the current owners in August of 2002. Only product manufactured after this date is entitled to complete warranty coverage.
  2. Call our Customer Service at 1-800-423-3537

If your product was manufactured after 9/1/02 be prepared to give the Customer Service Representative the code number found on the product and you will be given instructions on sending your product in for repair.

If your product was manufactured before 9/1/02 the Customer Service Representative will provide more information on the repair/replacement options available to you.

Identifying new Tasco product

Old Tasco products did not have a code for the year of the manufacture but new product does. Check to see if there is an alpha code of the year the product was produced.
