One of my rental houses has a old GE refrig in it, model #TBX165IYCLWH and serial # MR769776. My renter says the inside is sweating, almost dripping water. What could be the problem. How do I fix it?

If you run a 5 inch or so piece of aluminum wire from the defrost heater into the drain hole after you defrost the freezer that should fix the problem for good!
If the door gaskets are bad the air will seep in and the condensation will accumulate on the walls. Check that first.
Its hard to tell by your description, but when the freezer defrosts the water drains down into a hose that ends up to the drain pan underneath the fridge.Under the plastic part in the frige is where it usually starts. Try uncloging the drain tube with something or by blowing air into the hose. If its frozen with water you may have to thaw it out first.

It's dripping at the top, middle back of the refrig. and then the water freezes after it drips down. Forgot to add that on the first question.

The gaskets are good. The water is coming from the top middle back of the refrig. next to a little plastic part in there.
Basically, I have the same problem, mine its also an older GE model, and it "sweats" in the bottom section of it,Please advise how to go about solving this problem Thanks. Victor Sarabia. e-mail: [email protected]
