Hmmm...that's a set up issue..
restart machine..and when screen appears, use F2, then go to set up screen(looks like an old DOS screen) and tab down to drives..should be PATA-1..if it's there..turn it off and then back on(follow screen prompts for this)
then start it again
if that doesn't get it done, then you have an unhappy drive.
