When I close the laptop and reopen it, there is just a black screen and I can't get it to work. So I end up having to turn off the computer. Also when I go to the shut down from the start menu, the standby...

You probably have a sticking hibernate, or sleep button. Near the hinge, there is a tiny pin looking thing sticking up. When you shut the computer, this presses against a switch below the case and puts the computer into sleep or hibernate mode. If this sticks, it won't boot up right. Shut the computer down and use canned air to blow out at the pin opening to clear any debris.

Car radio and cd player locked

The 4 digit code is entered using station preset buttons "1" through "4". Each time you press one of these presets the appropriate code digit increments from 0 to nine. As an example, say the code is 5193, press the "1" preset 6 times (zero is displayed on the first press, 1 on the second, etc.), press the "2" button twice, the "3" button 10 times and the "4" button 4 times. The code 5193 will be displayed on the unit.

To accept the code, press the CD button and if the code is correct the unit will come back to life.
